Warranty Terms and Conditions - Vehicle

	(a) electric motor and drive train
	(b) batteries (lead acid) see lithium ion warranty below
	(c) battery charger unit
	(d) starter motor
	(e) alternator
	(f) wiper motor
	(g) instrument panel
	(h) Main junction box and fuse panel and electrical components such as audio systems
	(i) onboard service equipment and electro-electronic equipment
	(j) electronic control units for electric motor and drive train
	(k) ABS
	(l) air-conditioning
	(m) air-conditioning components
	(n) fan motors
	(o) breaking components
	(p) steering box and power steering pump
	(q) differential assembly
	(r) chassis frame including all mountings and suspension, and
	(s) all body parts including, but not limited to, fiberglass, plastic parts and upholstery

Any manufacturer Warranty in excess of the five year period contained herein shall be transferrable to GEV and the ultimate consumer. In case of rejecting any Warranty claim, Supplier shall provide Designer with a written explanation of the scientific and logical evidence proving the occurrence of the defect out of Warranty.


Warranty Terms and Conditions - Lithium Ion Battery

Supplier shall provide a five year unlimited full replacement and service warranty against manufacturing and workmanship defects, excluding normal wear and tear items, on the vehicles main Lithium Ion Batteries.
